MEET
MARK D. RANSOM
“All the world’s a stage...and one man in his time plays many parts...”
-William Shakespeare
In my life I have bagged groceries, stocked shelves, tarred and shingled roofs, laid brick, and patched stone hundreds of feet above Manhattan streets. I have sold ladies shoes and been a security guard at a mall. As a 9/11 survivor and member of the Department of Buildings I responded to emergencies, inspected job sites, homes, and businesses with the goal of keeping people safe.
Working for and with people of the great City of New York has been a distinct honor and privilege. Especially when I stood before them on so many different and varied stages telling stories.
